The Sale-Ready Scorecard is provided free of charge as an informational and educational tool. Your scorecard results are based on your self-reported responses and general benchmarks in the small business M&A market. Results are not a valuation, an offer to purchase, or a guarantee of any particular sale outcome.
By completing the Scorecard, you consent to receive your tier-specific results report and follow-up email communications related to exit planning. You may unsubscribe at any time.
When you purchase the Sale-Ready Toolkit through Gumroad, Wolfspire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Toolkit materials for your own business or advisory practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Toolkit with others outside your immediate organization.
The Toolkit is delivered digitally through Gumroad immediately upon successful payment. If you experience any issue with delivery, contact us at the address at the bottom of these Terms.
Due to the digital nature of the Toolkit, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we will work in good faith to address them.
Consulting for Equity engagements are governed by separate written agreements executed between Wolfspire and the client business. Nothing on this website or in the Toolkit constitutes an offer to enter into a Consulting for Equity engagement. Any such engagement requires mutual due diligence and a signed agreement.
Preliminary conversations, calls, or scorecard submissions do not constitute an offer to purchase your business. Any actual acquisition would require formal due diligence, definitive documentation, and financing arrangements executed by both parties.
All content on wolfspiresolutions.com and in our Toolkit — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, frameworks, templates, and methodologies — is the property of Wolfspire Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission, except as expressly permitted by the license granted with your Toolkit purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Wolfspire Solutions LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolfspire Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Our website and services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (including Calendly, Gumroad, Mailchimp, Tally, and affiliate partner services). We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
When Wolfspire refers you to third-party services through affiliate links, we may receive a commission for qualified referrals. This does not increase the cost to you and does not influence our recommendations, which are based on our honest assessment of fit for our audience.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, but sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where required, notify you through email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements between you and Wolfspire, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolfspire regarding your use of our website and services.
